With an eye on creating the much needed public awareness among the people of the city in general and campus community in particular, we have set up Department of Applied Sciences. Mr. Gurlab Singh (M.A, Bed English). In his teaching career over 15 years Mr. Gurlab Singh has looked after the department of applied sciences and lecturer of communication skills and member of expert team.
We provide the basic education to the student s like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Communication Skills. Applied Science Department of our college work for carrying out various projects which can involve college faculty and students. In our department, we have two Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab and Communication Skills Lab. It has language Lab with audio visual system in addition. There is library which stocks relevant books on literature and language apart from Importing Instruction at the diploma level. Research work on large scale is being conducted by faculty members as well as students in new and challenging area. The department organizes co-circular activities Quiz contests and declamation competitions.
